Job Summary

This role is for a passionate UI/UX and Creative Designer who will be instrumental in crafting accessible and intuitive digital experiences. The successful candidate will collaborate with the design team to develop aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly websites, web applications, and user interfaces. Beyond digital, the role involves creating engaging print materials like flyers, designing consistent visual identities, and producing captivating social media content. A key aspect also includes bringing training videos and other formats to life through creative motion graphics, video intros/outros, and skillful editing. This is a part-time position (15-25 hours/week) offering 100% remote work within Germany, with occasional quarterly visits to the Jena head office for workshops. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in media design, media informatics, or product design, demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, and have a keen eye for visual harmony.
