Job Summary

The University Hospital Bonn (UKB) is seeking a highly motivated PhD candidate to join the interdisciplinary Brägelmann Lab. This part-time position (25.025 h/week) focuses on spatial cancer biology, specifically investigating tertiary-lymphoid structures (TLS) and their role in immunotherapy response. The successful candidate will perform spatial transcriptomics and single-cell RNA sequencing on patient samples, analyze public cancer databases, infer TLS formation from multi-modal data, and integrate genomic determinants of TLS formation.
