As a Consultant in Technology Strategy & Transformation, you will leverage your business and technological expertise to generate enterprise-wide value for diverse clients. A key focus will be on driving the development of "Next Generation Technology Operations" capabilities and new product ideas, while guiding clients through agile and user-centric transformations. Day-to-day tasks involve leading and executing successful IT transformation projects, including requirements analysis, process establishment, and organizational/sourcing scenarios. You will advise clients on implementing and optimizing IT Service Management and IT Financial Management processes based on established methodologies like ITIL or COBIT, and design IT cost allocation and service pricing. This role requires independent ownership of tasks in evolving the Technology Transformation Service Portfolio, with emphasis on IT Service Management, Financial Management, agile IT Transformation, and IT Sourcing, making it ideal for a proactive and experienced professional.
