As a Senior Development Engineer for Powertrain Application, you will take on significant project responsibility, managing budgets, resources, and timelines. Your core tasks will involve the application and validation of powertrain systems on test benches and in vehicles, focusing on drivability and diagnostic functions within the automotive sector. You'll be instrumental in capturing and implementing customer requirements, coordinating interfaces with suppliers regarding client specifications, and commissioning software on HIL systems and in vehicles. This role requires the use of modern measurement and application tools, and participation in testing and acceptance drives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in automotive engineering, deep knowledge of engine or transmission control, and excellent application and diagnostic skills, combined with robust project management capabilities.
