Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive management and support of a company's IT infrastructure, focusing on network, server, and cloud services. The successful candidate will be the primary technical contact for IT issues, performing regular system maintenance, configuring hardware and software, and supporting remote devices. They will also be responsible for maintaining and updating IT documentation and may participate in 24/7 on-call duties. The position requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a global team, and possessing a solid foundation in IT systems and network administration.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist (System Integration), or comparable qualification. Microsoft or CompTIA certifications are desirable.
Experience
- Practical experience with networks, servers, Active Directory, and IT troubleshooting
- Experience with workplace devices (laptops, printers, meeting room tech, smartphones)
- Experience with virtual and physical IT environments (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Experience with Windows Servers and Active Directory
