Job Summary

This role involves managing fundamental legal issues within the HR department, particularly those related to civil service law, and overseeing official performance appraisals. The specialist will coordinate central legislative processes and contribute to the development of topic-specific service agreements. A key aspect of the position is the conceptual processing and decision-making on fundamental questions of personnel law, including leading and moderating discussions among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and strategic thinking, high responsibility, excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, and a proven ability to negotiate and lead. Eligibility for the second entry-level of career group 2 in the "General Service" discipline, demonstrated by qualification for judicial office (Befähigung zum Richteramt)
