Job Summary
This role seeks a hands-on Building Services Electrician to join a family-owned real estate and healthcare group in Bernau, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all technical building systems, particularly within rehabilitation clinics and nursing homes. This involves both direct practical work on systems and coordinating external service providers, including obtaining quotes and managing their activities. Additionally, the position includes deputy team leadership responsibilities, assisting with personnel and resource planning, and ensuring the continuous functionality of all building technology. The role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills, experience in building management, and the ability to lead and guide colleagues, reporting directly to the Technical Director of the Michels Group.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training as an Electrician or Electronics Technician. Further qualification as a Master Electrician, Technician, Construction Site Installer, or Specialist in Building Management is preferred but not mandatory.
