Job Summary

This role involves driving the digital transformation of document management processes within a production and logistics center. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing concepts for digitizing paper documents and introducing new processes within the DMS environment. Key responsibilities include configuring, administering, monitoring, and optimizing digital information and document management solutions (DMS, EASY, EASY Capture Plus, Smartfix, SignoSign), as well as managing interfaces to other systems. The position requires strong analytical skills to identify challenges, create technical concepts, and lead DMS projects, including managing external consultants. The ideal candidate will also ensure quality through testing and documentation, and provide essential support and consulting to departments using ERP/DMS systems, creating user-friendly documentation.
