Job Summary

As an Expert Specialist in Telecommunications Systems, you will be responsible for independently conducting planning and acceptance tests on complex telecommunication systems crucial for railway operations. Your role involves creating expert technical statements and reports, evaluating technically demanding solutions, and ensuring economic viability. You will also contribute to the certification of new telecommunications specialists and participate in relevant examination committees. Furthermore, you will develop concepts and strategies for modernizing and preparing future network expansion and reconstruction, actively participating in regional and central special projects. This position requires a strong technical background in electrical or communication engineering, proven experience in telecommunications planning and acceptance, and the ability to work flexibly, including occasional night or weekend shifts.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (Diplom-Ingenieur, Bachelor, or Master) in Electrical Engineering, Communication Technology, Automation Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field with sufficient electrical engineering components

Experience

  • • Professional experience in telecommunications planning and/or acceptance testing (ideally several years)
