Job Summary

As the End-to-End Service Process Lead, you will be instrumental in standardizing and optimizing service processes across the Transformation of Industry (TI) division. Your daily activities will involve strategically aligning processes like Long Term Service, On-Site Service, and Digital Services with the SAP Transformation Program, acting as the primary representative for service capabilities within TI. You will support the global rollout of new enterprise templates across four business areas, ensuring a balance between harmonization and local needs. This role demands a proactive individual who can design and implement future operational practices, assess existing IT landscapes, and serve as a product owner for service processes. You will also lead the Service Key User Community, providing hands-on support and driving the evolution of legacy processes to meet market demands, all within a collaborative and international environment.

Required Skills
