This Senior Scientist role involves designing, developing, validating, and executing automated Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and multiplex Immunofluorescence (mIF) assays to support service projects, ensuring comprehensive use of relevant tissues, reagents, and controls. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of molecular pathology assays and platforms, providing high-quality intellectual and practical expertise in experimental design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting, including algorithm and spatial analysis development. A key responsibility is maintaining the integrity of experimental data and records, while also actively seeking and transferring new methodologies. The role requires acting as an Analytical Project Manager for GCLP regulatory studies, ensuring compliance, and providing scientific support for commercial activities, including client presentations. Required Skills
Education
PhD in biological sciences or equivalent
Experience
- Significant and current experience in generating, analyzing, and reporting high-quality research data using automated IHC and mIF
- Professional experience in a regulated laboratory (GLP/GCLP) preferred
- Professional experience in a customer-oriented research (CRO) environment preferred
- Professional experience in scientific project management preferred
