Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, setting up, repairing, and maintaining technical infrastructure, primarily in the workshop or via remote support, but also on-site at client locations, serving as a first-level support contact. The position also involves participating in sales, order intake, maintaining existing customer relationships, and acquiring new clients, alongside advising customers on hardware and software. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable technical training in the IT field

Experience

  • Professional experience in an IT system house
  • Strong knowledge in supporting Windows client and server systems and networks
  • Profound knowledge in PC troubleshooting, repair, and system assembly
  • Experience in smartphone and tablet repair (advantageous)
  • Initial experience in sales (advantageous)
