Job Summary

This role is for a motivated Chemical Laboratory Technician to join a leading manufacturer of room fragrances in Solingen. The position is primarily focused on administrative, development, and project management tasks (70%), with the remaining 30% dedicated to laboratory work. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer portals and requirements, participating in development projects, creating and approving recipes, maintaining legal and hazardous materials registers, and meticulously documenting and testing new raw materials. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or equivalent experience, possess strong team and communication skills, and demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and innovative thinking.
