Job Summary

Join a dynamic team in Gunzenhausen as a Development Electrical Engineer, focusing on high-power switchgear systems. This role involves contributing to the development of new switch cabinet series for currents exceeding 1600A, defining power electronics components like power controllers and thyristors, and ensuring design compliance with EN60204-1 / EN61439 standards. You'll also help shape the manufacturing and testing processes for switch cabinets and participate in managing electrical products throughout their lifecycle, including planning and executing modification projects. After an initial onboarding period, there's an opportunity to lead development projects, collaborating closely with various departments such as purchasing, manufacturing, design, quality management, production management, and service.
