Job Summary
This full-time DevOps Engineer role in Hamburg focuses on implementing, maintaining, and operating microservices for a well-known energy grid operator. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing solutions for energy industry service providers, working within an agile DevOps team. Key responsibilities include building and managing CI/CD pipelines, creating Azure-based solution architectures with Terraform, and ensuring stable, performant systems through robust monitoring and error analysis. This position offers the chance to take comprehensive ownership of the application lifecycle, from development to operations, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, technically challenging environment with a focus on critical infrastructure.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering/Software Technology, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitLab CI
- Experience with Cloud Technologies, especially Microsoft Azure, and knowledge of Terraform
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk
- Experience in Identity & Access Management and with authentication and authorization processes is a plus

- Primarily remote work with approximately 2 weeks of on-site presence required. This is a temporary position until December 14, 2026, with an option for extension and permanent employment through temporary agency work.
