Job Summary
This full-time Facility Manager role in Mainz, Germany, offers an immediate start within the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of building infrastructure, including overseeing external service providers, performing minor repairs, and conducting inspections and maintenance. Key responsibilities also involve monitoring the overall condition of the property, ensuring functionality of essential facilities like entrances and elevators, and troubleshooting technical systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of building systems, be highly organized, and demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills. This position is initially temporary for 1.5 years with a strong option for permanent employment, offering a competitive salary and benefits.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a skilled trade is advantageous, or relevant professional experience.
