Job Summary

The Design Engineer will be responsible for the new design, development, and modification of conveyor technology components, creating overview and detailed drawings with parts lists, and preparing test plans and protocols. This role also involves designing and calculating critical components in coordination with team leaders, managing article master data in ERP and PDM systems, and conducting on-site measurements and meetings with clients. The ideal candidate will have a background as a certified technician or a technical degree, coupled with several years of professional experience in special plant or mechanical engineering, preferably within conveyor technology. Strong analytical skills, resilience, independence, and cost awareness are essential, along with a willingness to travel.
