Job Summary

This role is for a Specialist Planner focusing on Technical Building Equipment (TGA), specifically heating, ventilation, and plumbing (HVAC/MEP) systems, within residential and ecclesiastical construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing HVAC/MEP as a core discipline, developing innovative concepts for various building types, and providing expert consultation to the calculation department and project management during planning phases. A key part of the role involves cost estimation for HVAC/MEP in feasibility studies and project developments, as well as optimizing external planner specifications and coordinating closely with the architectural planning department.
