Job Summary

The Product Manager for the Automotive Digital Marketplace will focus specifically on enhancing the experience for professional buyers (car dealers) on leading Swiss platforms like AutoScout24 and MotoScout24. This strategic role involves owning the entire product lifecycle, aiming to make vehicle procurement secure, efficient, and seamless for dealers. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing the product vision, strategy, and KPIs, managing the product roadmap based on market trends and data insights, and leading an agile Scrum team to deliver viable and valuable features. The successful candidate will act as the key interface between technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers, using research and data analysis (including A/B testing) to prioritize initiatives and ensure high data integrity and process efficiency. Success is measured by tangible improvements in customer experience and business growth, ensuring dealers can find, evaluate, and purchase inventory smoothly.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or comparable fields

Experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Proven track record of launching impactful products
  • Experience ideally in the automotive, e-commerce, or comparable digital sectors
  • Professional experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing distributed teams
