Job Summary
This role involves leading and developing an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team of eight employees, including trainees and students, at the company's headquarters in Gummersbach, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic design and continuous improvement of the department, its services, and the ESM system. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficient operations, adapting structures and processes, and overseeing all changes and expansions within the ESM landscape. The position requires managing the ESM Product Board, presenting projects to management, and maintaining the ESM roadmap. Required Skills
Education
Completed MINT (Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, Technology) degree or comparable education; Relevant experience and further training in ESM
Experience
- At least three years of professional experience in Enterprise Service Management (ESM)
- Leadership experience in managing teams
- Experience in steering external service providers
