Job Summary

This role involves the operation, monitoring, and switching of electrical grids from an automated network control center, focusing on power distribution. The successful candidate will act as a qualified electrician, performing on-site disconnections in accordance with electrical safety rules for low and medium voltage switchgear. Key responsibilities also include conducting inspections, calibrations, and maintenance on electrical, measurement, and control technology, as well as power plant automation systems. A crucial part of the job is troubleshooting and resolving issues on electrical and control systems within the power plant and its associated infrastructure.
