Job Summary

As a Technical Application Specialist, you will be the primary interface between Grifols and its clients, providing comprehensive application support for analytical systems and reagent handling. Your day-to-day will involve onboarding new customers, performing software updates, troubleshooting analytical issues, and optimizing workflows. You will also manage projects at client sites, developing project plans, facilitating new product introductions, and maintaining LIS communication. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, a scientific background, and a willingness to travel extensively. You will also support sales teams with presentations and documentation, train new employees, and assist with technical aspects of tender processes, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
