Job Summary
This role involves providing critical second-level IT support within a technologically advanced environment, focusing on ensuring the smooth operation of security-relevant IT systems. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing and resolving IT incidents, maintaining Windows clients, servers, and networks, and assisting with the administration of Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365. Key responsibilities also include participating in IT projects like system migrations and rollouts, creating technical documentation, and collaborating closely with first-level support and other IT teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, proven experience in IT support, and a detail-oriented, service-focused approach.
