The successful candidate will work independently while collaborating closely with team members, demonstrating creativity in optimizing internal processes, creating error patterns and test sets, and managing projects. A key aspect of the role includes drafting regulations, reports, and process descriptions in both English and German, requiring precise and accurate work with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The position also entails ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines, organizing and conducting training, and adhering to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) directives within the production environment. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Pharmacy with additional qualification as a Master (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) with IHK certification in Pharmacy, or vocational training with equivalent knowledge.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector with equivalent knowledge or long-term acquired professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations
  • Experience with IT systems and databases
  • Experience in organizing and conducting training
