This role is for an IT Service Desk Specialist to join a leading IT service provider in Germany, managing over 600,000 IT workstations globally. The successful candidate will be a key part of the Service Desk team, coordinating activities and ensuring stable, service-oriented 1st-level support for end-users. Responsibilities include structuring processes, fostering the professional development of team members, and maintaining direct communication with clients while coordinating with other delivery units. This position is ideal for someone with a background in IT system integration or electronics, strong experience in end-user support, and proficiency with MS Office tools and ticketing systems.
