Job Summary

As a Permitting Planner, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of major grid expansion projects across Europe. Your core responsibilities involve preparing, guiding, and managing public-law approval and permitting procedures, including planning approval processes (Planfeststellungsverfahren) and BImSchG procedures. You will coordinate both internal and external service providers, ensuring seamless interface management between various internal departments, particularly concerning easement, servitude, and crossing management during the approval and construction phases. This role requires active engagement in discussions and coordination with approval authorities, specialized agencies, citizens, and landowners, alongside the crucial task of coordinating and quality-assuring permitting documentation. You will also manage ancillary conditions (Base Line) and conduct negotiations with various stakeholders, all while contributing to a safe working environment.
