Job Summary

This role is for an engaged Process Planner with a focus on Industrial Engineering, working for a leading international technology company specializing in drive solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing, planning, and implementing modern control concepts for manufacturing, assembly, and testing facilities, including their in-house networking. Key responsibilities include analyzing technical documents for feasibility, identifying and implementing rationalization potential through process improvements based on Lean principles, and creating specifications for new equipment. The position also involves guiding the selection and implementation of new machinery and production technologies, participating in FMEAs, and developing work instructions and product calculations. Collaboration with customers and suppliers for new tool development projects and advising on tool design are also part of the role. Candidates should possess a technical degree or relevant technical training with significant professional experience, ideally within a production environment, and strong German and English language skills.
