Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive planning, setup, and commissioning of optical camera and image processing systems. The Camera Systems Technician will take project responsibility for image processing initiatives, conduct product tests for quotations, and develop new applications. Key tasks also include selecting appropriate hardware, optimizing software integrations with higher-level controls, and creating project-specific documentation for client approval and internal use. Furthermore, the technician will be responsible for developing and delivering training materials. Ideal candidates will possess a background in automation, electrical engineering, or mechatronics, with a strong understanding of automation technology and preferably experience in image processing. The position requires a self-reliant, solution-oriented, and highly engaged individual with good communication and organizational skills, ready for international travel.
