Job Summary

As an SAP Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic transformation of SYNLAB, leading the company-wide implementation of SAP S/4HANA. Your core responsibilities include managing the SAP rollout in Germany, overseeing time, resources, and risk, and ensuring the effective harmonization, standardization, and digitalization of business processes. You will analyze and streamline finance and operational processes, coordinate between operational units and the central SAP team, and build and lead the SAP implementation team. This role requires extensive experience in project and change management, a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels in an international environment.
