As a Shift Supervisor and Pharmaceutical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the qualification processes for testing personnel within an internationally successful pharmaceutical company. Your daily tasks will involve planning, organizing, supervising, evaluating, and documenting these qualifications, working both independently and collaboratively with your team. You'll also be instrumental in optimizing internal workflows, creating error patterns and test sets, and managing projects. A key part of the role involves drafting regulations, reports, and process descriptions in both English and German, requiring precise and clear communication. You will hold technical authority, ensuring strict adherence to cGMP guidelines and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) policies.
