• Qualification for civil service status A 11 LBesO in Administration and Finance, OR • Completed Administrative Course II, OR • Completed university degree in Human Resource Management, OR • University degree with several years of experience in Human Resource Management, OR • Qualification for the second entry-level position in Administration and Finance with several years of experience in Human Resource Management and willingness to complete further training for civil service status A 11 LBesO, OR • Completed training as an Administrative Assistant (Verwaltungsfachangestellte:r) or completed Administrative Course I with several years of experience in Human Resource Management and willingness to complete Administrative Course II, OR • Three-year vocational training with completed advanced training as a certified HR Specialist (geprüfte/r Personalfachkauffrau/-mann) with willingness to complete further company-specific training

Experience
