Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated PLC Programmer to join a strong team in Chemnitz and the surrounding area, focusing on the production of high-quality materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming control and IT systems, performing installation work, and commissioning control technology, particularly in the chemical industry for process control. Key responsibilities also include adapting existing software, creating and editing plant and process visualizations, conducting functional tests, and training operating personnel. The ideal candidate will have a background as an industrial electrician, technician, or master craftsman in electrical or automation technology, coupled with initial professional experience in a similar role. Strong expertise in PLC systems, measurement, control, and regulation technology, and sensor technology is essential. This position offers an opportunity for autonomous project work within a team, requiring availability for day shifts and on-call duty.

Completed vocational training as an Industrial Electrician, Technician, Master Craftsman, or comparable qualification in Electrical or Automation Technology
