Job Summary
This role is perfect for an IT professional, either newly qualified or nearing completion of their IT training, who is eager to kickstart their career in a dynamic environment. As an IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for internal users, providing essential 1st and 2nd level support for IT inquiries via phone, ticketing systems, and remote access. You'll be instrumental in setting up and managing end-user devices using modern tools like Microsoft 365, Intune, and Autopilot, and will handle user administration in Active Directory and Azure AD. Required Skills
Education
Completed or soon-to-be-completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician)
Experience
- Professional experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Azure, or Intune, or strong willingness to learn
- Experience in IT support or related field (entry-level candidates and those in final year of training are encouraged to apply)
