Job Summary
This role is for an engaged PLC Programmer based in Appenweier, Germany, focusing on the programming, optimization, and maintenance of control software for production facilities. Day-to-day tasks involve creating and developing PLC controls, optimizing existing programs for efficiency, conducting system tests and commissioning, and supporting special machine construction projects. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for on-site commissioning at customer locations, diagnosing and troubleshooting automation systems, and documenting software solutions. Key requirements include a background in electrical engineering or mechatronics, experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7 STEP7, WinCC, TIA Portal), and knowledge of automation and process control technology. Required Skills
