Job Summary
This role involves being the primary point of contact at the Welcome Desk for prospective students, applicants, current students, and lecturers from around the world. Day-to-day tasks include handling general telephone and written correspondence with students, acting as a reliable interface with other university services and schools, and performing student administration, general administrative duties, and various organizational tasks within university operations. The position also supports the team lead and campus manager with administrative duties. Key requirements include a completed vocational training or a first professional higher education degree, proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken), and strong MS-Office skills. Professional experience in welcome services or administration is desirable. This is an attractive, permanent full-time (part-time possible) position starting August 1, 2025, offering a supportive environment focused on student service.
