As a Network Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining NGN Fiber Network's extensive dark fiber infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating re-routing of the network in your assigned region and efficiently managing fault resolution in collaboration with technicians, project managers, and other departments to ensure rapid service restoration. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and smooth operation of repeater stations. This position requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, involving both office-based and field work.
