Job Summary

This role involves actively participating in 525kV DC cable grid expansion projects, overseeing construction sites in Central Germany, and performing maintenance operations. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to the establishment of new facilities, requiring proactive identification of needs, excellent self-organization, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. A core responsibility is coordinating external contractors and internal personnel, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards. The successful candidate will also be part of an on-call system, actively engaging in troubleshooting and fault resolution, and will be expected to obtain necessary switching authorizations. This is an excellent opportunity to continuously develop expertise in cable routes and high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission within a challenging environment.
