Job Summary
The State Building Management Lüneburger Heide is seeking Electrical Engineering Project Engineers to manage technical building equipment projects for state and federal construction measures. In this role, you will lead or contribute to projects, overseeing planning, tendering, construction execution, and billing in accordance with HOAI phases 1-9. You will also be responsible for steering external engineering firms and providing expert technical advice to clients. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Dipl.-Ing. (FH) / Bachelor) in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Technical Building Equipment, or a comparable field. For civil servants, qualification for career group 2, first entry-level, technical services, is required.
Experience
- • Professional experience in technical building equipment is desirable
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to drive a company car. Consent to and successful completion of a security clearance check according to the Lower Saxony Security Clearance Act (Nds. SÜG).
