Job Summary

This full-time position as an IT Systems Integration Specialist focuses on providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support within the Information and Communication department. The role involves direct user service and helpdesk operations, managing hardware installations and troubleshooting for PCs, notebooks, and printers, and actively researching and identifying solutions for both software and hardware issues. You will also contribute to and document various IT projects and provide support to external branches. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT systems integration, strong technical skills in Windows platforms, Office products, VMware vSphere, and mobile operating systems, coupled with proven experience in user support. This role requires a structured, independent, and communicative individual who is also a team player and flexible.
