Job Summary
As a Technical Supporter, you will be the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, managing customer interactions via phone and processing service orders both domestically and internationally. Your responsibilities will include handling invoicing, documentation, and creating and tracking quotes for assembly operations. You will also develop and follow up on service recommendations, ensuring professional problem-solving and exploring alternative technical and scheduling solutions for clients. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of flexibility and customer orientation to connect people with technology and provide the perfect match for clients.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in managing technical inquiries
- Experience with order processing for service measures
- Experience in customer support via direct phone contact
