This role is for an ambitious IT Support / Helpdesk Specialist to join FERCHAU, a leading European technology services platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1st and potentially 2nd level IT support, handling incidents and service requests, and classifying incoming inquiries. Key tasks include user support, potentially adjusting infrastructure systems like firewalls and VPN solutions, and managing system operations including resource coordination and maintenance. The position requires strong technical skills in PC hardware, communication technology, and Windows operating systems, alongside experience with ticket and remote tools.
