Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Technician eager to drive technological innovation within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting process control technology on production systems, as well as installing, commissioning, and migrating complex industrial plants and systems. A key aspect of the role involves performing fault analysis and documentation across Microsoft Windows, network, and process control systems. This position also serves as the primary technical point of contact for clients, addressing system-specific inquiries throughout the product lifecycle. After an initial training period, participation in on-call duty is required, offering a chance to develop and refine professional skills.
