Job Summary
The Aggerverband, a public water management association in Gummersbach, is seeking a dedicated PLC Programmer to join their Wastewater department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing PLC software for wastewater treatment plants, primarily using Siemens TIA Portal, Eaton S40-Sucosoft, and Codesys. Your day-to-day tasks will involve creating new programs, conducting system commissioning within the association's service area, performing fault analyses on electrical systems, and contributing to maintenance and new construction projects. Required Skills
Education
State-certified Technician in Electrical Engineering or Electrician for Industrial Systems with willingness to pursue further technician training.
Experience
- Experience with Siemens TIA Portal, Eaton S40-Sucosoft, and Codesys
- Professional experience in independent and self-responsible work
- Experience in fault analysis within electrical systems
- Experience in optimizing existing control systems
- Experience in the further development of bus systems and integration of new participants
Languages
Additional
- Class B driving license
- Willingness to be on call
