Job Summary

This critical Business Manager role within HSBC Switzerland's Private Banking division is essential for ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment across the bank. The successful candidate will act as a vital link, coordinating effectively between the Front Office, IT, COO, and other functions. Daily responsibilities involve supporting the Front Office, resolving bottlenecks, managing incidents, driving process improvements, and acting as the primary gatekeeper for incoming requests, prioritizing them based on strategic objectives and capacity. This position requires strong business knowledge, experience supporting change management initiatives, and deep understanding of Private Banking processes and local regulations. It demands a highly structured, proactive, and independent individual with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Required Skills

Education

Preferred Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field

Experience

  • Strong business knowledge and orientation, particularly concerning Private Banking processes and local regulations
  • Prior experience in Business Management or Control/Risk Management (preferred)
