As a 1st Level IT Supporter, you will be the initial point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, providing essential support to customers and internal teams. Your daily tasks will involve swiftly addressing IT questions, resolving software and hardware issues, and meticulously documenting all support tickets. You will also be responsible for escalating complex problems to the 2nd Level Support. This role requires a strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
