Job Summary

This role seeks a Scientist to join the Critical Assay Components team, focusing on optimizing chemical raw materials for diagnostic tests, specifically within the Drugs of Abuse Testing (DATs) and Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDMs) portfolios. The successful candidate will independently manage the synthesis development and optimization of immunologically active raw materials, including planning, execution, and analytical characterization using techniques like NMR, HPLC, and LCMS. Responsibilities also include documenting and interpreting R&D results for various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with manufacturing, safety, and quality guidelines. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to vital diagnostic solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay abreast of the latest advancements in organic chemistry.
