Job Summary
As an IT Support Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure for end-users. Your daily tasks will involve installing and configuring devices via PXE infrastructure, managing user accounts and permissions within Active Directory, and deploying pre-configured hardware to end-users following standardized processes. You will be responsible for resolving incoming IT incidents efficiently, adhering to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and prioritizing solutions to maintain high system availability. This role requires a strong technical background, proficiency with Active Directory and ticketing systems, and a service-oriented approach. Education
