Job Summary
As an IT Service Manager at DHL, you will be instrumental in the conceptualization, development, and rollout of IT projects aimed at enhancing service processes across DHL's sorting centers. This role involves steering IT projects, optimizing service management concepts for both IT and Operational Technology (OT), and establishing guidelines and technology standards. You will also be responsible for negotiating with IT service providers, monitoring their performance against SLAs and KPIs, and preparing comprehensive reports for management. This position is ideal for a forward-thinking professional with a strong technical background and proven experience in IT service management, particularly within a dynamic logistics environment. You'll contribute to the continuous development of existing systems and IT infrastructure, playing a key role in the digital transformation of critical operations.

Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in IT or OT service management environment following ITIL®
