Job Summary

This full-time, permanent IT Support/Administrator role involves being the primary contact for IT system support for apprentices, teachers, and staff. Day-to-day tasks include providing first-level support, managing Surface tablets for apprentices, and administering user accounts and permissions. A key part of the role will be assisting with the implementation of a new training and further education system and contributing to the design of the new IT infrastructure. Ideal candidates will have a background in IT, strong customer service skills, and practical experience with Microsoft technologies such as Office, Teams, Azure, and Intune, alongside server administration. Knowledge of software distribution, network management, and SQL database administration is also essential.
