Job Summary

This role involves the conceptualization and development of AI-driven chatbots and digital assistants, leveraging modern frameworks such as Rasa, Botpress, or Microsoft Bot Framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) like GPT-4, Claude, or LLaMA to optimize existing processes, and for creating complex conversational logic, including multi-turn dialogues and dynamic content. A key aspect of the role is connecting external data sources and APIs for real-time processing and enhancing Conversational AI solutions. This position requires close collaboration with UI/UX, DevOps, and Data Engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation and stable operation.
